EMERALD

-Emerald Ruffle-

Green can be a lot of things...
Envy.

'Go' at a stop light.

A wad of dollar bills.

Nature.

Or a fine gem which with a verdant green hue... The Emerald Ruffle!

This Ruffle speaks all of this without having to say anything at all. Actions do speak louder than words.
It's sexy, strong and vibrant all rolled into one.  From all the ruffles this is definitely my fave.
As with all my designs they are either one-off's or made in very limited numbers and once these are sold out then no more will ever be made.

I guess your friends will be green with envy if they won't be able to get there hands on this one :)

Even though its still quite warm in Melbourne I'm preparing for the colder days ahead now.  I hate the cold so I have been avoiding it like the plague lol.  There's lots of pattern making going on with a new pastel colour scheme up ahead!

PEACH

- Peach Ruffle Dress -

Ok so when I saw this peachy fabric at the store I bought the whole lot.... that's how much I loved it!  My favourite colour is peach or pink (I know I'm such a girl lol).  I knew right away what I wanted to do with it.  This dress!

For some reason the ruffles remind me of (don't laugh) the ends of lettuce leaves.  You probably will think I'm weird now but I had to say it.  And no... I am not going to delete that last sentence! Ok so I may have ruined the image you may have of this dress, but seriously I don't think anything could.  The ruffles... Oh the ruffles are just magical and make this dress.  Especially since it's such a pretty colour :)

This week has been so busy for me... I made about 124235745672384612836 custom heart tops and I could probably do them with my eyes closed now.  I can never get enough of your custom orders though.  Each time someone orders something I think... 'Wow I love that combination', and cannot wait to see what it looks like once done. 

As you may know I have introduced a new range of heart tops... The pretty lace ones!  I will be introducing others in the coming weeks so just keep your eyes pealed.

PETALS

-Petal Maxi -

It has been such a long time since I designed a maxi and I am so pleased that I finally have.  The outcome of this dress is absolutely breathtaking.  Each delicate organza petal has been arranged and hand sewn to give this beautiful 'mid-summer nights dream' effect. The flowers have a pearl centre that's so sweet. It's made from super soft jersey that feels so amazing on where as the low ballet back completes this angelic look.  It would be perfect for any occasion and what I love is that it can be worn casual or dressed up.

I have been sketching up so many new designs lately.  My mind has been working on over drive with ideas.  I cannot wait to surprise you all with something new soon :)

NEON BARBIE

- Neon Ruffle -

Ok, so if you're feeling a bit 'wall flowerish' then do not wear this dress! This Neon Ruffle shouts (no actually screams) ultra attention from the highest rooftops. It's super hot and requires nothing more than a pair of heels...oh, and maybe a bodyguard in case you get identified as a celeb! 

As you may know this Neon Ruffle is the second in my collection.  I love the fitting style of this dress and cascading ruffles that soften this dramatized look. If you don't love pink, once you wear it you will!  Barbie would love this!

I still need to do my Christmas shopping.... Ahhhhhh... hope you're all better organised than I am :))) xxxx

Marilyn's Tutu

A while back we asked our facebook 'likers' to help with naming one of our newest designs. Thank you Jewel Chenoweth who came up with an amazing name! I think this represents the dress to a tee.  We held a photoshoot at the beach and the model even dipped her toes in the salty sea water. Here is the dress in full swing. Marilyn's Tutu is available on sale now...like all my designs it's an exclusive one-off. 

Now I am going to wash the sand of my feet! Then sit down and relax with some hot cocoa... xxxxx
